Hand-picked Utah County happenings, straight to your inbox. No fluff, no spam, easy to leave.
Most direct mail in Utah County is printed by a shop within ten minutes of the person ordering it. This list covers six companies with a real location in Lehi, American Fork, Lindon or Orem that print postcards and flyers and get them into mailboxes, and it says which ones mention Every Door Direct Mail on their own sites.
For a first postcard mailing in Utah County, call Assured Direct Mail (Lehi and American Fork) if you want a shop that does mailing lists, postage and EDDM as its main business. Minuteman Press and AlphaGraphics in Orem, AlphaGraphics in American Fork, and the UPS Store in Lehi are print shops that also handle the mailing. Alexander's Print Advantage in Lindon is the larger option for repeat or automated campaigns.
Assured is the only company on this list whose own homepage leads with mailing. It offers standard and first class postage, indicia or stamps, mailing lists or EDDM, and business reply cards, and it sells purchased lists: consumer, business, new mover and specialty. Its homepage says turnaround is typically one to three business days. One thing to check before you drive over: the site header still shows 380 E Main St in Lehi, the footer and a banner say the shop moved to 140 North 100 East in American Fork, and the BBB profile still lists Lehi. Call 801-331-6400 and confirm the address first.
This is the Minuteman Press franchise at 934 North State Street in Orem. Its direct mail page says it can work from your own list or pull data to reach a territory, and that it uses postal-approved software to mail at lower cost. The site says it has served Utah County since 2000. Every Door Direct Mail shows up on the site only as a product link with no description, so ask them directly how they handle EDDM routes and bundling.
AlphaGraphics Orem, at 1466 N State Street, has a dedicated Every Door Direct Mail page. It lists design, digital and offset printing, free market and audience research, and mail preparation at no cost. It also says no bulk permit is required and that rush work can turn around in about 24 business hours if you call the store. Its postage figure on that page is a general estimate and local rates may vary, so use USPS for the current number.
The second AlphaGraphics in the county sits at 309 East State Street in American Fork. Its site has a Direct Mail and EDDM section and its postcard page lists a direct mail strategy and full-service mailing and distribution. That makes it a practical call for a Lehi or American Fork business that finds the Orem store too far south.
Four UPS Store locations in the county have a direct mail page: 770 East Main Street in Lehi, 125 East Main in American Fork, 223 West Cougar Boulevard in Provo and 224 South Main in Springville. Each offers two options. Targeted direct mail uses a list you supply, and Every Door Direct Mail needs no list, just a target area. Each store says it handles design help, printing and logistics. The pages do not list prices, and the stores note that they are not affiliated with USPS.
Alexander's runs a production plant at 245 South 1060 West in Lindon. Its site describes connecting to your systems through an API to automate direct mail campaigns, which it then prints and fulfills. Its direct mail work includes variable data on each piece. The pages we read do not mention EDDM, so ask. It is built for repeat mailings and larger volumes, which makes it a poor fit for a single 200 piece test.
We searched for direct mail companies in Utah County and then went to the BBB category pages for Lehi, Orem and Provo. Many names on those pages do not hold up. Several share one suite address, a few are coupon-book publishers with no website we could load, and some are national firms whose Utah address is a mailbox. We dropped every company whose own site we could not read.
To stay on the list, a company needed a street address in a Utah County city on its own website, the same city on a second source, and direct mail named on its own pages. We checked both on November 6, 2026. The order is by fit for a local business sending its first postcards, so shops that handle lists, postage and EDDM come before the plant built for repeat volume. Nobody paid to be here.
Every Door Direct Mail, or EDDM, is a USPS program that delivers a flat piece to every address on the carrier routes you choose, with no mailing list. You pick routes in a USPS online tool, drop the bundled pieces at the post office, and the letter carriers put them in the boxes.
On usps.com today, EDDM Retail flats are listed at $0.26 per piece. You need at least 200 pieces per mailing, you can send up to 5,000 per day per ZIP Code, and no special mailing permit is needed. USPS also lists a bulk option for businesses with a mailing permit at as low as $0.259 per piece with no volume limit. That is postage only. A 200 piece mailing is $52 in postage and a full 5,000 piece drop to one ZIP Code is $1,300, before printing and design. This guide stays on the Utah County companies, so check usps.com for the current rate before you budget.
| Mailing size | Postage at $0.26 per piece | Not included |
|---|---|---|
| 200 pieces (USPS minimum) | $52 | Printing, design, mail prep |
| 1,000 pieces | $260 | Printing, design, mail prep |
| 5,000 pieces (daily cap per ZIP) | $1,300 | Printing, design, mail prep |
These six companies fall into two groups, and the difference matters for what you ask.

A mailing puts a piece of paper in a specific mailbox, which suits a roofer, a dentist or a real estate agent who knows which streets to target. It is slow, though. You design, print, schedule the drop and wait for the mail to arrive, and then you wait for calls. Our guide to where to advertise in Utah County compares it with search ads, social, radio and the rest, and the billboard cost guide covers the I-15 option.
We also sell newsletter advertising, so weigh this as a seller's comparison. Provo FOMO goes to about 3,100 Utah County subscribers on weekdays. A one-issue test ad costs $99, and a top spot single issue costs $199. A 5,000 piece EDDM drop costs $1,300 in postage alone. The two reach different people in different ways. The newsletter hits subscribers by email, and a postcard reaches every address on a route. You can see our ad options here, and the Local Directory is a $99 a month listing if you only want to be findable.
