Lehi's marketing agencies split into two groups. Some sit in the Silicon Slopes office parks and sell to software, B2B and national ecommerce companies. Others are in the same buildings and only work for one kind of local business, like dentists or property managers. This list covers eleven firms with a Lehi street address and says which group each one is in.
For a local practice in Lehi, look at MyAdvice for medical, dental and law offices, Gargle for dentists only, and Goodjuju for property managers. For a software or B2B company, 97th Floor, Big Leap and Avalaunch Media all have Lehi offices and work with SaaS and B2B clients. Stryde in Lehi fits online stores doing between $1 million and $15 million a year.
MyAdvice works out of the Kiln Lehi 2 building on Ashton Boulevard and builds websites, runs paid ads, manages local listings, posts to social media and handles reviews. Its contact page names two kinds of clients: medical and dental practices, including aesthetics, and law firms. A med spa in Lehi or a family law office in American Fork is exactly who it is built for. A landscaping company is not.
Gargle is on Executive Way in Lehi and markets dentists and nothing else. Beyond websites, SEO, Google Business Profile work, reviews, social posts and PPC, it sells the back office pieces a dental office needs: online scheduling, insurance verification, a call center, and direct mail like neighborhood route mailers and new move-in mailers. If you own a dental practice, it is one vendor for most of the front desk and the marketing.
Goodjuju says on its homepage that it markets residential property managers, and only property managers, since 2018. From an office on Triumph Boulevard it builds property management websites, including Buildium sites, runs local SEO, Google and Facebook ads, review programs and its own CRM for owner leads. If you manage rentals in Utah County and want more owners handing you doors, this is the specialist.
Social Paragon sells video on a subscription from Triumph Boulevard in Lehi. It plans scripts and concepts, then films and edits, and sends new videos every month. The client names on its homepage are mostly local trades and dealers: garage door, plumbing, insulation, kitchen remodeling, car and RV dealers, golf. For a contractor who knows he should be posting video and never gets around to filming it, this is who to call.
Big Leap is a search agency on Thanksgiving Way, near Thanksgiving Point. It does SEO, local SEO, paid search and social, LinkedIn ads, content, digital PR, reputation management and conversion work. Its site lists two very different sets of clients: multi-location and franchise businesses, contractors, roofers and medical practices on one side, and B2B, SaaS and enterprise companies on the other. That puts it in both groups on this page.
Stryde focuses on ecommerce. Its homepage says it works with brands with annual revenue between $1 million and $15 million, and it sticks to three channels: SEO, Google Ads and optimization for AI search tools. The product categories it lists include baby and kids, apparel, home goods, hot tubs and saunas, sporting goods and gifts. A Lehi Shopify brand at that size is a direct fit. A storefront without online sales is not.
Boostability is on Ashton Boulevard in Lehi. A lot of its work is SEO done behind other agencies' names, and its contact page points agencies and resellers to its sales team. It also sells small business SEO packages directly, along with local and listings SEO, content, link building, web design and Google and display ads. It suits an owner who wants a defined monthly plan more than a strategist in the room.
Avalaunch is headquartered on Maple Loop Drive in Lehi and has a second office in San Francisco. It sells a fractional CMO and a strategy sprint at the top, then advertising, SEO, creative, web and conversion work, social media, PR, email, analytics and research underneath. That fits a funded startup or a growing company that has no head of marketing yet and wants someone to plan the year and hire out the pieces.
97th Floor lists an Executive Parkway address in Lehi and does SEO, optimization for AI search tools, advertising, content and design. Software, cybersecurity, manufacturing and finance are among the industries on its homepage, and its SaaS page talks about trial sign ups, demo requests and filling a sales pipeline. A Lehi software company selling across the country is the client those pages describe.
Enlisted is a design studio on Innovation Way in Lehi that does branding, packaging and industrial design, including product ideation and CAD models. Ads and SEO are not on its service list. If you are launching a physical product and need the product, the box and the logo designed together, this is the call. If you need leads next month, call someone else on this list.
ISSIMO is a small story agency on Innovation Way in Lehi. Its homepage splits the work into marketing stories for launches, fundraising stories for raising money from donors or investors, and leadership stories, and its Clutch profile puts most of the work in video production. It is the right shop for a founder video before a raise or a gala film for a nonprofit. Ad management is not on its service list.
We started from what comes up when you search for a marketing agency in Lehi: the BrightLocal, DesignRush and Semrush agency directories, a few Utah agency roundups, and Clutch. Then we kept only firms that print a Lehi street address on their own website and show the same city on a second profile, either Clutch, DesignRush, BBB or NGram. We checked both on November 1, 2026.
That cut a lot. Semrush says some agencies on its Lehi pages have no office there. One agency that directories place in Lehi lists a Draper office on its own contact page. Another lists Saratoga Springs, and another says Salt Lake City. One Lehi company on LinkedIn had no address on its own site, so we left it off too.
The order puts agencies that serve local practices and service businesses first and firms built for software and national brands after them. No agency paid to be here, and our newsletter is not on the list, because we sell ads, we are not an agency. If you want firms in Provo, Orem and American Fork as well, our list of Utah County marketing agencies covers them.
Drive the office parks off Ashton Boulevard, Executive Parkway, Innovation Way and Thanksgiving Way and you pass software companies and the agencies that sell to them in the same buildings. 97th Floor, Avalaunch and Big Leap talk about demo requests, pipeline, LinkedIn ads and fractional CMOs. Their clients usually sell across the country, sign longer contracts, and expect a team with a strategist, a paid media buyer and a content writer.
The other half of Lehi's agencies went the opposite way and picked one customer. Gargle only does dentists. Goodjuju only does property managers. MyAdvice does medical, dental and legal practices. Stryde only does online stores in one revenue band. A niche shop has already worked for other businesses like yours, so you are not paying it to learn your industry. The tradeoff is that they will not take you if you are outside the niche.
So start with one question: do you sell to other businesses across the country, or to people within 20 minutes of your front door?
Match your situation to the line below, then call two agencies, not six.
Several agencies on this list also sell to software companies with large budgets, so find out early whether you would be a small account. Ask these on the first call and write the answers down.
A one location shop in Lehi or Saratoga Springs often does not need a retainer yet. Fill in every field on your Google Business Profile, ask your last ten customers for a Google review, and get listed where locals look, like the Provo FOMO Local Directory at $99 a month. Our guide to what a marketing agency costs in Utah shows what the next step up looks like.
If you want to write your own posts and ad copy, the free AI 101 class shows how a local owner can use AI tools to do it.
You can also put your business in front of locals directly. We sell ads in this newsletter, so weigh this accordingly: Provo FOMO goes to just over 3,100 Utah County subscribers each weekday, and you can test one issue for $99. It is one option next to Google ads, Facebook ads and a billboard on I-15 near Thanksgiving Point, not a replacement for an agency.
