⚑ Burn the Energy Indoors

Best of the guide

Provo Beach Resort, Riverwoods

An indoor fun center β€” a FlowRider surf simulator, bowling, laser tag, a ropes course, mini-croquet, and an arcade.
πŸ•Hours: Summer Mon–Thu 11am–9pm, Fri–Sat 11am–10pm Β· school year opens 3pm
πŸ“Address: 4801 N University Ave, Provo, UT 84604 (The Riverwoods) Β· ~8 min from downtown
πŸ’΅Cost: $$ Β· per activity or day pass
Our take
The do-everything rainy-day spot, especially with teenagers. The FlowRider is what people come for; the laser tag was the writers' actual favorite.
πŸ’‘ Insider
Don't buy the full day pass on reflex. The 'Double Dip' gets you two activities plus $5 arcade for about $12 β€” and because it's at the Riverwoods, you can wristband out for lunch and come back. The bowling lanes run friendly, so scores come in high.
⚠️ Heads up: Pay-per-activity adds up fast β€” pick your two or three before you walk in.
"Laser Tag was our favorite activity at Provo Beach Resort. The guns had a laser sight, so you could easily shoot someone across the arena."β€” Utah's Adventure Family
